巴西監(jiān)管標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（Brazilian Regulatory Standards）簡稱為NR，旨在針對與職業(yè)安全和健康相關(guān)的強制性程序進行監(jiān)管并提供指導(dǎo)，以保護勞動者權(quán)益，這些標(biāo)準(zhǔn)引用于巴西CLT法案，在1978年6月8日由第3214號法令批準(zhǔn)，適用于所有受巴西勞動法管轄的巴西公司，并由勞動和就業(yè)部定期審查。
